Kitchenaid Artisan Cord Length?

So I bought a kitchenaid and the cord was 51 inches long. It sounded funny so the company replaced it and the replacement doesn’t reach the outlet now where I had the old one.. the replacement cord measures 45inches. if you have an artisan mixer how long is your cord? thanks in advance!!

I have the Kitchenaid Professional and the power cord is only 36 inches long. I love the mixer, but like you not the cord length, because these puppies are heavy and hard to move around every time I use it. So I just built a counter top that was accessible to an outlet and keep my mixer, food processor and panini grill on it and only have to move it to clean under it. If it is just your mixer you might try to find a portable center island type table or microwave table if you can find one high enough to store it on and then move the whole thing to an outlet when needed. Hope this helps.
Hubby just measured mine and said about 48".
Where are you located? in the United states, all kitchen counter appliances have 36" cords.
